Argenis Ranuárez is one of the intellectuals who make life in San Juan de los Morros, and has a range of titles that make him worthy of admiration and recognition.

The choral group of retired educators from the Guárico state paid tribute to him in celebration of his 73 years of life, at the National Library on November 18, 2019.

This is the photograph that Argenis likes and identifies the most.

Argenis is a journalist, professor, professional announcer lawyer, and is currently studying to graduate as a doctor at the Rómulo Gallegos University. He was elected mayor of the Roscio municipality in the early 2000s, and is one of the most loved and respected people in our jurisdiction.

His virtue as a speaker makes him an obligatory letter in any act of academic relevance, and in tributes of all kinds.
