VALUING FRIENDSHIP
We may have shaped for who we as we grow because of our friends. They have led us into exploring a world that makes us unique. Did you ever know who among those friends is the best?
As the saying goes, "No man is an island." We cannot live without friends. As we step up to another journey every year, we receive friends with different behaviors. Now, think back your childhood friends. Did you meet them in summer? Did you still keep in touch with them?
There are many reasons why our friends define us for who we are. We possess distinctions within socio-economic standing and institutional background, yet it's evident to share collective conceptions and help one another.
Anne Sullivan is a good friend behind Hellen killer's back in midst of hopelessness and desperation. Hellen Killer's piece, " The Story of My Life" was her immense accomplishment. She explains what kind of friends she has who helped her to be a fighter in her disability.
Nowadays, I am fighting depression. I really need a friend near to me that listens to my burdens and can give pieces of advice. Relating with our friends is an indispensable framework of the relationship to keep. Just like many relationships, friendship needs care and attention. Activities is another way to maintain the relationship. Bonding and sharing should be made to know each other to form a true and open relationship. Go outside with each other to have fun. Then we can identify who among those friends are the best. When going out, try different forms of recreation, tune in music together, be a movie-goer, and more.

Hi @lebron2016, I agree we do need friends and relationships. It takes time to recognize true friends but I guess it is worth it. It is hard because heartaches may come along in the process. Bless you with divine relationships to come at the right timing and a discerning heart as you get to know people! Bless you too with joy to uplift you from the depression you are battling. No matter what, remember that you are important, if not in anyone's eyes, God still thinks you are valuable. Feel that this is what I'm led to say to you :)

Great read! It is so true we need friends.. they can help u through a lot in life.. i have a friend that I met in 3rd grade so so many years ago.. ( 30+) i May not talk to her every day , or we may even go months without talking but I know , in my heart that if I needed her she would be right there to help me through what ever I needed her for💙
