ULOG DAY 22: "RECOGNIZE YOUR STEEMIT VALUE"

How are you doing today? As usual, I woke up around 10 am because my hobby is always sleeping at 2am in the night. When I wake up, the first thing that comes to my mind is Steemit because before I sleep in the night, I make sure that I can post, so I become very excited to see the increase of my earning. Sometimes, it doesn't recognize well, but it's okay for me as long as I enjoy doing my purpose. The purpose is very clear now. When I realized the specific persistence why God sent me here, I cried with joy. I would admit that earning would really matter sometimes when I am needy, so I post different kinds of topics that I enjoy, but mostly today, I enjoy empowering people because I was there overcoming the battle too.

There were times before when I kept on Steeming that I lost my motivation to post when I see my unrecognized effortful content. But then again, I never left this community for I was seeking this for a very long time. But life in Steemit is not a magic where we float immediately. We should always expect the hard times before we can see the magic. The truth is, when we expect the spell before we write, we will be frustrated. My new posts brought me a dumb feeling that I was not really good. My friends heard me said that maybe Steemit is not for me. I knew they just beat around the bush remembering how many times I told my frustrations to them.

There are times in our lives that we worry a lot when the sun is going to set because we think that there will be no sun again. We can't focus on our goals because we don't recognize our value. We feel so down and envied to others because we think they are better than us. But let's always remember that each of us has a value in different aspects that serves to be our purpose. You may not understand why I say this, but when we are pulled down, we will likely to discover our worth. Why am I here? Why are you here? What is your purpose? How much is our value?

The truth is, your passion now is your value. You can use that passion to be recognized because being true to yourself can give you a lot of ideas and those ideas can certainly help some people who seek answers with the same issues to yours. Additionally, you have a family that needs you, that is your purpose. You want to preach Christianity, that is your purpose. Do not just create a work you will never like, create a work that even your heart likes, then you will recognize the value of your work as well as your value. Gaining a good recognition is not a magic but being sincere for who we really are, it's the most powerful weapon we can ever acquire.

Do not give up but remember that the sunset is only for a while, tomorrow is another day, the sun will shine brighter. When the sun sets again, learn from it, discover your weakness, and improve. Sunset is the process to experience the sunshine.
