Induced autolysis is self-dissolution of food by one's own enzymes in the stomach under the influence of gastric acid. Academician Ugolev made a description of this process. Gastric juice is a weak solution of hydrochloric acid. Hydrochloric acid contains free hydrogen ions - protons. They have amazing penetrating and destructive abilities. In each cell of representatives of wildlife, both plant and animal, special lysosomes store their own enzymes. Once a representative of living nature (plant or animal) becomes someone's food, its tissues are processed by the gastric juice of the creature, whose food it has become. Protons, penetrating the cell, destroy the lysosomes (chambers with enzymes) and release enzymes, which immediately begin to fulfill their main function - to split everything that will meet in their path. And they are surrounded by the material with which they acted, i.e. food. Thus, autolysis is carried out - self-dissolution of food. Note that the body does not spend any energy on digesting, everything does with itself the food that has arrived.
A person, or someone who eats, can only absorb from his intestines simple substances obtained as a result of self-dissolution of complex substances. The key point - this process can only take place if the food contains live enzymes, was not thermo or chemically treated, did not heat above 40 degrees.
