LAUNCH; Using design thinking

LAUNCH by John Spencer and A.J.Juliani is a very important book that I would recommend for all teachers to read. It is based on the concept of "using design thinking to boost creativity and bring out the maker in every student."
My science department is offering this book as a book study opportunity for teachers. I am always open to new and fresh ideas so I accepted the opportunity and I am so glad that I did. The book is really good with many amazing ideas. Launch stands for:
Look, Listen and Learn
Ask lots of questions
Understand the problem or process
Navigate ideas
Create
Highlight what's working or failing

I seriously recommend this book to anyone who would aspire to see more creativity and student engagement in their classrooms.
