MY. NEW. DAY _ MY. NEW. DIARY.

MORNING:

Today I woke up at 4,45 am and went to the restroom to finish my morning chores.After I prepared "Gold charged water"I consumed lukewarm gold charged water 250 ml sip-by-sip.

Completed my brisk walk,sat down on the stoned bench as usual,now hearing morning chipping sounds of birds like Asiankoel,parrot 🐦🦜🐦 etc..make the morning melodious under the morning sunshine rays.

After having my morning pranayama,mudra and meditation I took a bath and completed my morning prayer.

Now it's time to have my breakfast,today I had "kadubu w/ coconut chutney.The breakfast was very delicious to eat and its without oil content hence it's a healthy dish.

Afterwards,my wife asked me to go to Flour Mill,I went to the mill w/ raw Ragi and after cleaning Ragi and flooring the ragi there and came back to our house with ragi flour.

Now I dressed up and went to the court directly w/ case file. Today I reached the court in time without any traffic hurdles by metro- train within 8 minutes from my home to the court complex.

AFTERNOON:

Court work completed by an hour,after that I came back home,finished washing chores and I had my lunch,I ate pulao and watermelon 🍉 sliced.lunch was a yammy & also tasty.

It's my leisure time & also a weekend,I logged into television where I watched a test match held between India V/S England . It was Rohit Shama who played a fantastic century,I really enjoyed his game. While watching cricket I took a nap in between lunch & tea.

EVENING:

Woke up at 5 pm and after freshening up I went for a walk. After my walking while on my way home the stray dogs were fighting each other. While fighting the stray dog bite on my right palm due to the dog bite I sustained injury on my right palm.

After reaching home I washed the dog bite wound on my right hand,in the meantime the blood was started to bleed,On seeing the blood I called my son-in-law,he came w/ car,then I went along with him to the nearby hospital there doctor gave tetvac and anti-rabies injection and they advice me to take another three doses of on invervels.Doctor further advised me not to take bath for 24 hours and also gave tablets and some ointment to apply on my right palm.

NIGHT:

While watching cricket,I logged into steemit blog and replied selral comments on my diary game. I also made comments on several steemians diaries.while watching cricket I had my dinner and I walked inside the house after dinner.After some time I wrote my diary and watched cricket and I finally went to bed finally.I wish you all a happy weekend.
