Hi friends, I am Lavanya from India, a Housewife. Welcome back to my Food Diary.
Here is my today food diary. I am a complete vegetarian so my menu is always filled with colourful vegetables. Hope all of you like it
Morning:-
For today's breakfast needs I prepare Idli with Drumstick Sambar and Vada.
Most popular and delicious and my favourite combination today prepared by mom. So I enjoyed it a lot.
My mom having some magic in her hand, that's why all give a delicious taste.
Afternoon:-
For Today's lunch needs, I prepare ivy gourd fry, Tender Tamarind Leaves Pappu, rasam curd and rice.
In the village, we prepare different dishes using Tender Tamarind Leaves because those are available in the area where we have the Tamarind Tree. Now I am in my village, so I enjoy those here.
So today I prepare delicious toor dal Pappu using those leaves.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for myself along with taking nungu .
It's we get from a palm tree. It's also available huge in villages. In summer by eating this fruit we get cooling. So always I try to take those in the summer season.
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs, I prepare broken wheat upma with peanut chutney.
