Hello friends, hope everyone is doing well. Am not doing well but getting a little bit better, thanks to the Almighty 🙏.
I also didn't want to miss out this exciting activity the Tech-Diary, and here is my entry.

Today, I woke up with the objective of visiting Google to help me find the cure for ulcers. At home, there is a packet of cloves and are not being used. So, I searched about them to see whether they can reduce on ulcers if taken because the pain was to much.
Fortunately, as I was going through the importance of cloves I found what exactly I wanted. Let me share with you the importances;

• first of all, cloves contain fiber, vitamins and minerals. Then found that they help to reduce on ulcers. All I had to do is to put some cloves into the boiling water for some good minutes to make tea. Which I immediately deed and got some relief.
  Some of other importances;
  • they kill bacteria.
  • protects against cancer.
  • regulate blood pressure and also improve liver health.

After that, I went on YouTube to study business research skills because it's one of the course units I do at the University. And also I have a test so, I had to revise.

I use YouTube a lot, it's one of my favorite and it's so much helpful in my studies

Then I visited what's app to see what's happening especially in my groups and found out that there are many people who are unwell.

I relaxed on candy crush saga, it prevents me from over thinking and also forgot about ulcers who made me weak all day.
Then watched wrestling because it's one of my favorite shows. And today my favorite wrestler was on, "Roman Reign".
