Emotional Breakdown

We have so many emotions we live with each day
Some of them are good but so many of them are bad
Everyone will go for feeling happiness and love
Nobody wants to feel lonely or sad

There are emotions that will stop you from doing
Like doubt or so often it's fear
There are emotions that if not controlled will destroy you
Like hopelessness or misery without tears

So many emotions show up each day
Like jealousy or envy or pride
They grow like a virus, out of control
And they will eat you up from inside

These bad emotions are Satan's toys
He is the one pulling our strings
Satan will use our emotions to control us
He will use them to make us do stupid things

That's why you must learn to control your emotions
Satan wants you to get frustrated and quit
And if you don't learn to control all of Satan's emotions
In the end, nothing is all you will get

Have faith, it's possible to control your emotions
It's much easier if you make God part of the plan
Put your faith in the Savior, stand up and move forward
It's not easy but you will learn to understand
