Wander into Nature
Human beings naturally need to recharge. Do you ever feel like you can't get control of your life, you're exhausted, you just need a break?
Nature is that break. I can list numerous studies citing the benefits of spending time in nature, but I think humans instinctively know that nature is good for us.
Next time you're feeling stressed, try to find the closest piece of nature to you and go spend time there. Kayak down a beautiful river, climb a mountain or go for a walk in a forest.
Almost every major city has nature within 1-2 hours of it. Instead of going for drinks or taking some drugs to relax, maybe try the all-natural remedy. Nature.
