Ignoring the Small Stuff
Small stuff really isn't worth worrying about in the long term. Life is short, right? So why what's the point of spending time on things that really don't matter in the end.
Here's a helpful tool: Everytime you find yourself stressing about something seriously small, ask yourself if you'll remember this when you're on your deathbed. If you will, then clearly it's something major and worth thinking about. If not, let it go.
It'll give your mind some much-needed rest from worrying about trivial issues.
