It's important to always continue learning....

Have you ever heard the phrase, " If you're standing still, you're falling behind"? It's extremely true.

One of the universal laws of the world is that it is always changing. So are people. So is your job.

You may not think your job is changing but no matter what you do, something is changing.

Sales, for example. You may sell copying machines. Somewhere, something is changing when it comes to copying machines.

Maybe the technology is changing. You should be learning about those advances. Maybe your customer wants to know why he should buy a copying machine over the latest application that came out that is way more cost efficient. You should be learning about your competitors and what differentiates your product.

By learning you're staying steady and improving, at the same time. If you stop learning it will eventually come back to bite you.
