Character is far more important than technical or “hard skills” in the real world…

The world is lacking in strong character with true values in their beliefs and morals. The world has plenty of people that are skilled in technical things

But real characters are in high demand. They are powerful and magnetic. Think about it. Pretty much any hero or icon that you admire is a strong character. There’s a reason they make us laugh or make us angry. Even villains are strong characters deep down.

When you’re thinking about ways that you can improve your life, consider looking at your character first. Some examples that I can think of to work on your character are public speaking clubs, moving to a foreign country to live for a month or two, and learning a completely new skill in a class setting.

These things put you outside of your comfort zone and allow you to become a better version of you by forcing you to acclimatize to tough and uncomfortable situations.
