THE DIARY GAME :28/07/2021 : AWESOME DEFENSE.
Good day to my steem family and I hope you are all waxing strong. By the grace of God, every thing is OK on my side though just so busy lately but everything is under control. I present to you my journal of this day 27th July 2021.
I practically didn't sleep all though the night. Reason being that my uncle had to defend his masters this day at 7:00am.
He doesn't live in town here, neither does his family so everything concerning his reception was in the hands of my mum.
I got up at 1:00am (went to bed at midnight) and kept achu on the fire. The reason being that we had to pound it before attending the defense at 7. I couldn't sleep any more after keeping it on fire because I needed to constantly check to make sure the flames were constant.
At exactly 4:24am, I woke up my junior ones and all together with my mum, we pounded it. We did that very gently for the fear of disturbing the neighborhood. We got finish at about 6am and then came our neighbor who was to take care of the preparation of waterfufu and eru. I gave her all what she was to use while my mum went in to prepare for the defense. I couldn't make it to the defense because I had to stay back and assist.
Three hours later we got finish and my mum came back too immediately and hurriedly made the achu soup. I got prepared within this time and we waited On my uncle to come and get us together with the food to the reception venu.
While waiting for him, we took some pictures.
I was amazed at how good the reception place was. Some invitees were there already. My uncles wife too was there. We kept the food on the table and after some time, the occasion started.
Speaches were made very briefly and then eating began. I was at the table serving and when everyone present had eaten I also got some food and ate.
People continuously came in and I'm glad everyone coming in was well satisfied in terms of food and drinks. The occasion got finish at 4pm. I gathered all our things around and then we left home.
Upon arring home, I rested a little, did one or two things on my phone and then went to bed.

Wow it was really a great day not everyone is chanced to witness such an occasion with much food to eat 😂 and also not every one can put in the sacrifice that you guys did it was really something else for that it should be well appreciated. I love the way you presented your it was really simple and understandable good job. Please in your next Post try to go through your work i.e run a review before posting so as to avoid wrong spellings and other things. No offence please
