FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST
Steem greetings to you all from my humble end.
Thank you for bringing this contest to us. The food I'll be writing on is achu and yellow soup.
ACHU AND YELLOW SOUP
This is the traditional delicacy in my village Awing n Bamenda cameroon.
The achu is made out of pounded cocoyams and banana while the yellow soup is made out of red oil, Maggi, salt, water, pepper, limestone, and a mixture of spices called achu spices.
It can be accompanied with meat, fish, garden eggs, egusi pudding, vegetables and many more.
It is eaten with the hands.
The device used is SONY XPERIA.
