Our health is very important in order to move forward in our daily lives, we all must be very attentive to a healthier lifestyle. A few weeks ago a good friend of mine told me about a very complete system that would help me to better regulate my health and improve my lifestyle.

Age is not a problem to start a new challenge and if it is a challenge to make you feel better about yourself and to improve your life, I think it should not be called a challenge, we should just start practicing it to make it a routine, I think the hardest part is to break with old patterns and break with the lack of will, especially when we have a very sedentary life.

I recognize and repeat that it is not easy but I know that I can make my life a better life for my own good and also for the good of all those around me, in this case, my family, my two daughters, and my wife.

My friend Piotr talked about this technique known as The Wim Hof Method is a method that combines three very important factors, cold, oxygen and will this breathing method that we should do and make it a daily activity, can help me to improve my immune system but also improve my concentration and prepare my body to be stronger and more energetic.


Today, April 1st.

Today, April 1st. I started with what will be my new way of life to be healthier and stronger. Every day I wake up very early to be exact at 5.40 am and there begins my routine, today I share with you this beautiful sunrise that will be my way to enjoy this technique or method of breathing, I have read a lot about it.
To begin we must take big puffs of breath, ie inhale and exhale very strong and very fast and fill as much as possible our lungs and our body of oxygen, we all know that breathing is free.

But from the breath begins all our new approach, we must be very clear about that.

As of today, I have combined this technique receiving the first rays of the sun and I will put it into practice every day when I wake up, however, you can do it several times a day, I will go step by step first early in the morning, then I will attach other hours during the course of the day

Indeed. It's hard to change out patterns and come out from comfort zone and try something new. I'm glad you did.

I bet you were quite surpissed to learn about his (wim hof) worlds records and achievements.
He got me interested. He got me curious. And I quickly realized how positive change it has been to my body to follow his teachings.

I started practicing that technique once a day just in the morning before activating the computer, with the first rays of the sun.
now I do it three times a day.

Of course, I was convinced, but after reading about the technique I decided to look for more scientific information, I was surprised by everything that is said about the technique which is used in high-performance sports.
