Steemit archaeology Part 1: @eatsrewards
@eatsrewards is an interesting steemit account, created in december, the account is set up with a bot to comment the same comment on many steem posts and has a curation claiming cycle which you can see at work as it claims every reward seperately.
even though I'm an advocate that people should be able to do whatever they want with their shares, one could say this account is conning people out of their votes, they wouldn't vote if they knew what it was they're delegating their share power to
some archaeology shows a relationship between @eatsrewards and @rewardpoolrape
@rewardpoolrape was flagged for making fake comments and lots of earnings got flagged and returned to the reward pool, the posts and comments the account was making was fake:
comment and let me know if you have any additional information on who owns this account, or other interesting accounts you'd like me to feature, good or bad.
What kind of measures can be taken against cases where the abuse is extreme? how should the community handle automated comment spamming? are there elegant and effective ways to handle it?

foundationally all stake holders should be free to do what they please with their shares, that means post/vote/flag/delegate/transfer/memo what you will, its freedom of speech, we want to take an impartial look at the amazing and interesting interplays at work on the system so that we can all share some of the more amazing vistas on the blockchain.
