In my opinion, the quality of sleep, including maintaining the ideal body weight, is very effective on our health conditions.

Because sleep is one of the important activities for health. Adequate sleep can help control appetite and weight. Sleep also helps prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

As I have heard from health professionals, people without quality sleep are at risk for health problems such as cancer and will experience a decline in quality of life.

I think that's the quality to try to sleep.

The first thing you do is plan your bedroom well. Everyone in the bedroom has different needs and activities. Some make it a TV for entertainment, and some make the bedroom just a place to relax. No need for a TV in the room.

The second thing that can be done is not enough lighting, in fact the general lighting is not enough. You need task lighting for your bedroom. Task lighting illuminates certain areas for specific activities. For example, reading lamps. You can place this on the side of the headboard, on the desk or on the side table.
