La Tlayuda
La tlayuda, también conocida como clayuda, es una tortilla típica de los valles centrales del estado de Oaxaca.La vuelta a México esta ocasión nos llevo al mero Oaxaca para presentar las tlayudas. Sus características son el gran tamaño muy grande, su sabor completamente diferente al de otro tipo de tortilla y la ligera dureza en su consistencia.
Aunque se puede considerar un platillo sencillo, ya que se dora sobre un comal, lo que le da más dureza a la tortilla, las tlayudas han ganado fama como uno de los mejores platillos oaxaqueños, y no es para menos, ya que se puede acompañar prácticamente de cualquier cosa que se nos antoje.
