My proposed new logo for the open source "Rambox"
Free, Open Source and Cross Platform messaging and emailing app that combines common web applications into one.
Pigs can imagine because of this they are unique.Pighead on the logo represents imagination about all in one . Monkeys have large brains and are known for their intelligence.
If you combine the pighead(imagination) with monkey(intelligence),my logo will be more understandable.

Anyway, I think that when proposing a new logo you should also consider their existing branding, or the colour scheme.
This is a great mascot in my opinion very original, and with your explanation, I like it even more although most would never make that link.
I have a question though, why did you choose a project that has not been updated in 2 years? Do you use rambox yourself?
I have just think about what did I use before (like open source program/ app) also I had done some research on tutorials that had shared recently .thereafter I have made a decision on rambox :)
Fair Enough. I was just wondering that if a person would like a higher acceptance rate it might be good if it is an existing issue on github.
