The Shape of Shadows

A small collage from some months ago. Part of a collection I put together in a handmade book. I sent it to a man I thought I was falling in love with as a birthday present - he remained indifferent to my feelings but now I realize it's not him I loved, but the work that he inspired me to create.

So, the art remains even when the man doesn't. There's a life lesson in there somewhere.
