Introduction

Greetings my wonderful friends and great Nigeria students, I believe we all are doing pretty good today and I believe that our studies aren't too hard lately. Am being more concern for my fellow students because most of us has misunderstood the word called "SCHOOL" thinking that it's only those who are in a certain educational environment are going to school forgetting the fact that we all are in school, but am glad that making research today gave me another insight about school and am glad to share with you all my friends.

What does school actually stand for?

According to a book titled Seven Cruel Hours of our lives, Miss Annamae Stamm MD first asked this question in order to know the true meaning of what a school is and the answer she got was really mind-blowing for me.

What does SCHOOL stand for real meaning?
school= Sincerity, Capacity, Honesty, Orderliness, Obedience, and Learning.

A school is a place or institution that is mainly formal where we go for the sole purpose of gaining/ acquiring knowledge. It is good to know that this is the popular definition of school that we all know because each time I hear about school all I think about is the building where pupils/students gather daily to acquire knowledge but that's not all that school is all about.

According to my finding, the word learning is the last letter in school which means that learning is not the only thing we do in school and with this I can boldly say that anywhere, center, place, institution or even home where knowledge is being passed from one person to another is called a school.

We all are students in this life and until we die we will keep being students even at old age. The day one stops learning is the day one does.

The mindset of school being am institution where knowledge is being passed has made many people come up with the saying that school is scam but if we can reflect more on the word school and realize that school is beyond the Creche, Nursery, primary, secondary and tertiary institution that we all know and start seeing school as our everyday life the better for us.

Soany people tag themselves illiterate because they didn't go to formal education and probably didn't have one certificate or the other and for such reason they think they are not qualify for somethings but can o tell you that we all are illiterate to anything we don't know and nobody knows it all so the area you're ignorant is the area you're am illiterate to, simple.

I might be a bit off to say this but it's still the truth, even a place where one learns negative things is still school because learning can either be negative or positive, hahaha funny but true actually.

Conclusively, next time someone looks down on you or call you an illiterate because you didn't graduate from a prestigious college or University or because you don't have on big certificate or the other kindly remind such person that school is not all about the full lecture hall or the morning assembly or the students union campaigns and thereabouts but anywhere your skill or talents are being harnessed into productivity is a school environment and once you're good at that which was taught to you then you're not an illiterate.

Finally, I know that my view and that of others towards this post might be contrary but nevertheless we all are entitled to our own opinions and view over everything in life and this little piece of write up is my view over school.
