The future is now
Hello everyone,its such a pleasure to make a post in this amazing community once more,i feel so delighted to be a part of this awesome community.
Today i will like to talk about a topic i titled "the future is now".
So many people are looking forward for a be better tomorrow or let me say a better future,but the truth of the matter still remains that any future you aspire to have tomorrow starts today.
Let me make an illustration.
I want to be a doctor in the future and instead of me to mingle with doctors or people that will motivate me to push through my dreams or better still make plans to go to school and study my dream course so that i can have the reality of being a doctor tomorrow,i will be mingling and associating myself with people who doesnt have any dream like people who all they do is club,party,shop,smoke,drink and do a whole lot of things that has no future,with this lifestyle how do i intend to have the future of being a medical doctor?
So many people are victim of this. They so.much want a good future but are not ready to work for it. Some even believe that luck can get them their dream future not doing that the dream future begins now.
Let me borrow a quote from Mahatma Gandhi, “The future depends on what we do in the present.”
According to the quote above,you can chose to make your future or wait let the future meet you anyway.
I also have my own quote which always sustain me at any point in time and this is my quote "the future you aspire to have is directly proportional to the life you live today".
I have seen so many people who are currently regretting their life simply because they had the opportunity to make a better future for themselves but still they failed because they believe that the future can take care of itself.
Listen dear friends,the future you wish to have today will be your reality if only you can follow life principles and do what the future requires of you.
Remember a popular saying which goes this way,if you fail to plan then you have automatically plan to fail,dont be a mediocre in deatiny,take charge of your life and see you at the top.
