5 Minutes Freewrite - Children - The Good and the Bad
Ah children - can’t live with them, can’t live without them.
Before I had them, I thought how nice is it to have a house full of children running around - the laughter, the chatter, the joy.
Now that I have a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old, there are days that I wish I can put them up for adoption :)
Their antics remind me of an excerpt from an old nursery rhyme.
When she was good, she was very, very good.
But when she was bad, she was horrid.
When my children are good, they
💕 ask you “How was your day”
💕 give you a good night hug and kiss and wish you sweet dreams
💕 help with chores chirpily
💕 make their own breakfast without making a mess
But when they are bad, they
💔 disassemble the Russian dolls a few times a day (ouch!)
💔 say FINE! with arms over chest when they do not get what they want
💔 make a huge mess that requires an immediate clean up while you are in a rush
💔 whine and cry for reasons you cannot fathom
Above all, I still feel children are a blessing.

Ahh. Childrens... I like them when I would only need to be with them for less than an hour 😅
Haha next time u have kids consider continue working. The good outweighs the bad normally. But still enough to drive u up the wall sometimes
