Torta de cambur o banana
ingredientes
Torta de cambur
900 grmos de harina
900 grmos de azúcar
480 grmos de margarina
1cdita de bicarbonato
13 bananas
1limon
Nueces al gusto
10 huevos
Agua cantidad necesaria
procedimiento
1-Batir la margarina y el azúcar hasta blanquear
2- luego agregar los huevos de 1 a 1 mesclar bien
3- agregar la harina cernida junto con el bicarbonato
4- aparte hacer un puré con las bananas y poner el jugo del limón para que no se oxide, integrar a la mezcla, también las nueces batir bien, engrasar el molde y enharinar y llevar a horno por 60min.
esta recta es muy rica y le agregas caramelo o chips de chocolates
