COLORCHALLENGE THURSDAYGREEN ( WORKING VERSION)

Hello again!

Last time I tried to post this it went haywire ,sorry for that, I have no idea what happened. Lets see how this one goes.

Green is one of the most relaxing color, the walls in the living room here are green and it just changed the energy in the room as soon as we painted. On this green Thursday , I have for you a young tiny dragon fly on grass.

A dragonfly of this size and color is just entering the third and last stage of it's life or maturity. Once a nymph is old enough it crawls out of the water and starts eating mosquitoes and other insects to gain strength and size to start flying for the rest of it's short life. At the dragonfly stage it has from only a few weeks up to a year left to live. Their size is relative to how much they eat in their lifetime.

Second picture is a grazing elk. He seems to be about 13 yrs old. The age of an Elk is determined by the number of points on his antlers. I was able to get pretty close to this one, he didn't have a care in the world. Elks are for the most part mild tempered and somewhat approachable( with caution and still maintaining a safe distance) but they can still display some unpredictability and large enough to cause serious injuries.
