But taking advantage of the boom, I want to share this recipe, which is very good.

You only need:

100 gr. of butter
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
100 gr. of raisins
1 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3 eggs
500 gr. from auyama

Prepare like this:

The first thing you should do is peel and chop the auyama, put a boil, once this soft make a puree with it and reserve it.

Set a soft cream by joining the butter and sugar.

Now sift the wheat flour and you will gradually accept while alternating with the mash of auyama.

Add the essence of vanilla, milk and eggs, continue beating.

Take the raisins, overflowed with flour, and add to the mixture, stir a little.

Now in a previously floured mold, place the mixture and bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
