These "Hackers" are your democratically elected witnesses that run the nodes that keep this blockchain secure. Using Justin Sun's logic, by voting for a witness that ran the soft fork you are a hacker. Soft fork 22.2 was a move to protect your best interest and now there are exchanges using your funds to vote against your own interests!
