How CoC lost most of it's players || Tron Fan Club
Hello my dear Tron fans. How is everyone doing today? I hope everyone is doing alright by the grace of almighty ALLAH. I am also well alhamdulillah.
Well, almost everyone has heard of the game called Clash of clans at least once. It's one of the most played and a hugely popular game over the years. All of my friends used to paly this game and I used to enjoy the game very much. But now it seems like this game has lost it's charm from the last few years. Because now we don't see much of the players play this game very much. The player base has decreased a lot over time. But I believe supercell has their own fault in this popularity loss crisis.
For those who have played this game even once knows that this game is a very time consuming game. To upgrade your village and progressing and maxing out your village takes too much time. Because the upgrade process of the buildings takes several days and more. So, we have to invest a lot of time into this game. But most of the players I know and myself included stopped or reduced our gameplay after supercell introduced the night mode or the night builder base. After this mode was added up to the game, if we wanted to keep ourselves or our bases on par with the players around us or rival clans then we had to double our efforts. Because it's not easy to maintain two different bases at the same time and keep them both upgraded. As a result we felt like it's not worth it anymore. Because we were feeling more pressure than we were having fun to be honest. That's why we reduced playing the game altogether.
This is the main base I used to play. I still play it sometimes. Without the other base the gameplay was smooth and easy and fun. Many of our friends together created a clan and were taking on other clans in clan wars. Maybe the progress was time consuming but we still managed to play and acquire so many precious memories and fun times we've had together.
And this here is the night mode of the game. You can assume from the screenshot that I didn't played this mode that much. It's still very small compared to the main base I have.
And what's more irritating is that this game ahs came up with another base just like it. I haven't played this one really that much. That's why I don't know much about it. But it seems to me that in this base all the player's have the same base and they have to upgrade it together by putting efforts and collecting this new coins and investing it into the buildings. From my taste, this mode was completely unnecessary and I think the game is about to lose more players. But its still just my thought. People could like this mode and keep playing even more. Who knows?
But what could have been better is that supercell launching a blockchain based version of this game or another one identical to this one. That would have been a blast. Because playing farming type games and earning money at the same time seems great. And I can say that so many players of the past and present will return to play the game if such a version appears. But it's only a dream of mine and is not going to happen anytime soon. But still it's not a sin to keep hoping one day this idea will be realised.

Well yea the clash of clan game seems to be very popular, I know a lot of people who did play the game and some who are even playing it now but can't say I really played it though even though most people around me played, I guess am not a game freak I mean if it's not football video game then it's nothing else for me
Its so sad, I had a clash of clan account since 2015, I was doing well with a Town hall level 9 then they introduced the nigth version, I was loosing practically every match there, the game started to frustrate me i have not logged in since i left in 2021
This brings back lots of memories, I was addicted to this game at the time
One of my best friends is playing this game and he has really addicted to this game. You have clearly collaborated on this game. I hope there will be a blockchain-based game of this COC game in which people can earn money for playing the game. Thank you very much for such an interesting article.
