A potential candidates are assembled together in an informal , discussion set-up. The interviewer starts the discussion after a subject is introduce. The aim is to observe how you relate with others and how you persuade others using your understanding and reasoning competence .

Phone Interview

This type of interview is made to test the preliminary candidates who live far from the company. Therefore, it is valuable to treat this situation similar to a face-to-face interview. You should arrange for a quiet space and time to calendar the conversation. Take heed to listen to the question before answering it and use your energetic and lively voice.

Panel Interview

There are estimated of 2 to 10 members of the panel who may handle the selection process. This is your way of showing your presentation skills. And how you will interact with different interviewers . It is best to maintain eye contact with the panelist who is asking the question and then move your eyes with rest of the panel during your discussion in your project or proposal.

Stress Interview is looking glass on how you will manage yourself during pressure and difficulty. A person asking you probably a sarcastic , argumentative or just keep you waiting. Don’t take this on personal note but instead of answer each question. If you need to clarify the question ,you can ask to repeat the question if not might clear to you.

Case Interview

It allows you to show your problem solving skills The interviewer will present a situation or hand-in case study in order for you to create a plan. You’re not expected to give a critical solution since what the interviewers are trying to measure is your analytical ability that fusing skills and knowledge to slice a life situation. Before answering the questions, make sure you will understand the process first.
