of the first things I figured out after a while living here a little while is that it generally doesn't help to have people you hang out with wandering around also with you.

The sleeping places usually are too small for more than one. Whenever you are "trespassing", by this I mean accessible public spaces where you are not allowed to be or particular things you cannot do there - sleep, sex, sewing, bicycle repair... there is always nerves about when the jaws of teh laws will snap you. Usually nothing serious happens but the nerves....

Or simply not having any money or any stuff to share. Sometimes like yesterday, I had money, and it was stuck in @blocktrades system until late evening. It can seem like you are bad company, a leech, it is easier to bear poverty alone. It can kill friendships.
