String of Positive BCH News
Bitcoin cash has rallied 85% over the past week on a string of positive news. I've captured some of the key headlines below.
(1) Business Insider: "Bitcoin Cash has risen 80% over the last week" (4/23/18)
"The rally appears to be driven by an upcoming bitcoin cash fork — industry speak for another currency being spun out of the underlying code that runs a cryptocurrency. The fork aims to increase the processing power of bitcoin cash by increasing the size of the blocks of transactions that are processed."

(2) Bitcoin News: "Bitpay Adds Bitcoin Cash Support to Checkout Point-of-Sale App" (4/22/18)
"Bitcoin cash is continuing to gather more support among users and service providers, with the latest example coming from Bitpay. The service now allows merchants to accept BCH payments via its Pos app, and settlement is expected soon too so that retailers can keep their proceeds in the cryptocurrency."

(3) CCN: "Bitmain Will ‘Burn’ 12% of Bitcoin Cash Txn Fee, Calls on Other Miners to Follow" (4/20/18)
"Arguing that Bitcoin Cash 'is at the tipping point of becoming a widely used public blockchain,' Bitmain explained that burning a portion of the network’s transaction fees will strengthen its internal economy and help investors 'profit from the growth of BCH.'"
This just shows that a balanced portfolio of top coins is critical, even those that are "hated". Cryptos are still in early stages of development and there are still a number of contenders for currency coins. Still, the recent spike is news driven and perhaps, this is when one should slim down on their BCH holding, if you have any.
