Text Ads on WAZE

So I was traveling last night using WAZE navigation to get me to the destination... when up pops this Dunkin Donuts Ad.

So let me get this straight, WAZE doesn't mind me risking an accident to read or interact with this popup ad,rather than safely arriving at my destination???

Not in the Christmas Spirit... but WTF?
