HOW TO MAKE PORK GINAMAY
Good day steemians!
It has been a month already since we are enjoying our vacation leave. And in that time, I had many learnings while I am at home. I personally love cooking but sometimes I really cant get the perfect measurements to make my served food perfect. Thanks to my hubby who guide me in learning how to cook different dish.
And today, I will be sharing to you how I made Pork Ginamay with the help of course of my hubby.
✨ALL ABOUT PORK GINAMAY✨
GINAMAY is a filipino dish which is a bit similar to the Boiled Stew because it is sauted. It is a popular carenderia dish in Visayas and Mindanao regions here in Philippines. These dish is so delicious yet very economical.

✨STEPS ON HOW TO MAKE PORK GINAMAY:✨
Step 1:
Saute the garlic and onion.
Step 2:
If the onion turns into golden brown, add the meat plus soy sauce then saute until it turns pinkish and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3:
When the meat now changed its color, add the carrots and potato as well as the red bell pepper. Evenly mic it then simmer it again for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4:
When its water and oil slowly comes out, add pineapple tidbits, green peas, tomato paste and salt. Mix it then put 2 cups of water and simmer it once more until the vegetables will soften.
Let it simmer until its water becomes sticky. And that is now our finish product. Thanks to my hubby who guide me until I finish this dish. If you wanted to eat a little pork with veges, try this and I assure you it is so delicious and healthy as well.

Que bonito es conocer la gastronomía de otros paises a mi me encanta lastima que no puedo probarlas, jeje pero tu platillo se ve muy bueno, es como guisar uno aqui un pollo o carne, pero lo hiciste con cerdo que se ve igual de sabroso.
