Last week, the teacher of my baby calls for a meeting. So, I just undertime in my work so that I can attend the meeting.

The meeting started with a prayer led by one of the parents. The meeting held in the gym of the school since all the class under Mrs. Gretchen gather together.

Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was done after the prayer and it was done by one of the parents. Teacher Gretchen assigned all the officers to do the task so that everyone will take their responsibility. Reading of previous minutes was done so that the parents who wasn't able to attend has an idea as what we had last.

By the way, as a documentation officer, I am the one who took some pictures...

Afterwards, problem arising was done led by the teacher. Teacher let us identify what were the plans last meeting that were accomplished and the plans that were not. And we also identify the future plans.

And lastly, the president of Nursery2 students presided our plans for the incoming Buwan ng Wika Culmination. We talk about what are the food to prepare, the attire of the kids as well as the parents, the stage decoration and the program itself.

The meeting is indeed successful because the parents were so supportive and active. We started at 10:am and ended at exactly 12noon.
