Year 2019, Covid19 pandemic hit our place. Many establishments were got affected. And going to church as well has many restrictions. Because of that, Dapdap Church, the church where I belong right now wasn't able to celebrate church anniversary for two years.

And just last month, my husband was elected as the Church President. And as the President, he wanted that there will be a celebration of anniversary this year even if it is still pandemic and our church was damaged by the strong typhoon rai. So, for two months he see to it that the church will be ready for the celebration. There is a "helping hand activity" that time wherein the members of all churches in Visayas which is under our group will help in our church renovation. After that, we asked for donations and pledges for the repainting of church. And we own for the decoration expenses.

For two weeks, my hubby personally do the letter cutting. He make some letters using a styro foam, paint it, put some glitters and put it at the upper portion of the altar

And this is now its finish output. I really appreciated this man for being so hardworking and finish this on time.

He also added some lights on it. So if you are going to turn off the light, this will be its result.

And this is our tarpauline.

We started the celebration with a prayer led by the pastors.

Followed by recognizing all the pastors in each churches. And I guess there were 10 pastors who came with their wife and some of their church members.

Presentation of songs in each churches was done.

And this is me with the Ladies of our church. We also had a "mass choir" wherein all of the members of church went up and render a song including our pastors or leaders of our church.

We then had our "praise and worship" wherein all of us inside the church will sing praises to Him. Then lastly, the message. A message that will encourage us to go on with life even many hardships are coming. And to talk about His goodness.

To end our fellowship, we had a dinner together and of course a pictorial. We take many photos ad we can so we had a picture to recall in the future.

Indeed, our celebration is a SUCCESSFUL one.
