Hello good day steemians!

If you are following my entries, you will know that I am sick few weeks ago. My blood pressure elevated, so I had to be a little vigilant and strict as to what food I will eat.

I tried not to eat fatty foods, sweets, soda and oily dish. I did it for 2 weeks, I just eat fish with malunggay every morning and afternoon. And I really like salivating whenever I saw those foods.

And since I already felt well already. I congratulate myself and let me eat myself what I want once more but just a little.

And since I am craving for barbeque, my hubby brought me here in Dorting's Barbeque. It is very famous here in Maribago, and it is not only the Barbeque station in this place but we chose this because I already tried here and their sauce and the meat as well is so yummy.

We ordered 10 poso, 4 pork, 4 intestine, 4 Butche, drinks, water and halo-halo. And we paid almost 300php / 30steem only. The price is so worth it.

And we were indeed so full. I will just take my maintenance later. Tomorrow I will eat nutritious food again...

This is my life and I have to be discipline on my food intake because I am too young for hypertension and I had to change my lifestyle so I could still live longer for my family.
