MACTAN SHRINE is one of the best spot here in Philippines. Its exact location is Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Philippines. It is a shrine wherein you can see the statue of our first Filipino Hero Datu Lapu-Lapu who defended the place from the invaders. You can see its big golden monument at the middle of the shrine.

This is the area. If you visit the place before you can say that it improves today. And this place is so perfect if you wanted to go for a walk at dawn, and is perfect to chill at night because of its beautiful lightings.

Last week, my sister-in-law just went home from Japan, so she visited our grandfather. And since our grandfather's location is just a walking distance in the shrine, we let her visit the shrine since she was in Japan in 5 years plus and wasn't able to see how the shrine was developed.

Together with us was her family, mama and papa, my other sis-in-law and my hubby. When we were on the shrine, we just let them walk around the place as a family and took some picture.

The place was so nice and colorfor. You can still feel the christmas because they still haven't took the big christmas tree. What made the place so awesome was that blue lights, those were christmas lights hanged at the mangrove trees on the ocean.

And our night was indeed so perfect.
