Yo steemians! Having completed the achievement 2 (Basic security on steemit) and verified, I was asked to proceed with the next process(achievement 3) as implied above.
I won't be oblivious to ignore the effort of @cryptocannon for the assistance and support I have benefited from her as regards writing each achievement, thanks a ton!

Content Etiquette.
Content Etiquette to me with the lessons I have learnt in this short while on steemit is the rules and regulations to be considered while constructing a write-up with the right approach and in a polite manner. It is referred to the polite submission of post on steemit platform.

'Proof of brain'
It simply means giving citations of one's content that comprises of other people's idea with reference. So there's a possibility of sharing what you have learnt in relation with the task assigned to you.

Plagiarism
It is an act of stealing someone's idea, work or content without a permission from the author or sole originator.
plagiarism

'Plagiarism
Means Copying of another person's ideas, text or other creative work, and presenting it as one's own, especially without permission;
Source

Types of plagiarism
It could come in different forms viz;

Direct plagiarism
This is referred to as copying someone else's work verbatim (word for word) without reference and permission from the source.

Mosaic plagiarism
It is noted by indeliberately quoting someone's work though he might have mentioned the source but if he/she fails to make use of the quotation marks by putting the quoted parts in the the quotation marks correctly, he/she has committed a crime of mosaic plagiarism.It is important to refer to certain source materials to enrich your writing. If the writer uses the internet as a source, he must know what not to do, so as to avoid plagiarism. Most importantly, mention the source of the work you've referred to.

Self plagiarism
It is the commonest type of plagiarism it occurs most especially among high school students whereby they copy and paste part of their previously submitted academic paper. So if the student submits the same paper/work for two different class projects without seeking the consent of the concerned teacher, then that is noted as self-plagiarism.

Accidental plagiarism.
Most times, this occurs to anyone as it's name implies almost every day especially to those who make write ups and it is noted by chipping in phrases or texts that is from another source without citing the source or citing a wrong source, then he/she is a plagiarist.

So the question is,
How do we avoid or eradicate plagiarism?
To shun exuberant verbosity, simply sit down to gather ideas in relation to the subject matter, put them down in your own words (as my English teacher would always say) and make a constructive-comprehensive write-up. In a nut shell, being creative justifies it here on steemit platform, if you really want to go far and grow big.

It took me a very heightened time to understand how unlawful this kind of act (plagiarism) is to steemit.
But now, having understood the principles guiding this platform, I'll put it in my right mind not to violate/trivialize the rules put in place for this platform.
Thank you!
I have read and understood the steemit etiquette on steemit community and will do my best to embrace them.
