Eid Mubarak, Eid Mubarak, Eid Mubarak. Eid means joy, today I have tried to display pictures of special food in the Eid special food event. I shared this endless joy of Eid with all my steam friends. Thanks again to @enamul17 bro.

➡️ What is special about these foods and what ingredients in the food enhance its taste?

Eid means joy, Eid means happiness. Eid brings happiness and prosperity to the entire Muslim community. Our special food on Eid day is a variety of sweets. Moreover, we also organize many delicious meals. All these foods have specialties and special qualities. Today I cook semai first, then self made flour semai, lakchi semai, pitha bhaji, ludus, rice, roe fish sour,I cook shrimp fish bharta, jute vegetables etc. I have used as ingredients in sweet cooking, cardamom, bay leaves, raisins, pistachios, walnuts, salt, water, milk. All the ingredients in my cooked dishes have great qualities. Milk is excellent in enhancing the taste of food, and milk contains a lot of nutrients and calcium. Pistachio nuts, walnuts are rich in nutrients and calcium, and our bonesThe structure is quite effective. And nuts make food tempting. Masala helps in increasing our digestive power. And brings great flavor to the food, which makes us interested in the food. Raisins make food more palatable, increasing its nutritional value.

Lastly I roast the beef giblets and liver. I use the same ingredients in both recipes. If I want to cook in a special way, I have to use all kinds of spices. For example, ginger, garlic, onion, cashew nuts, pistachio nuts, peanuts, almonds, tomato sauce, curd, cumin, red chillies, green chillies, garam masala powder, etc. All the ingredients I used helped to enhance the taste of the food. Green chilliesGreat flavor when mixed with gosto. Chillies add attractive color to food, helping to make food appetizing. Everyone knows the special quality and nutritional value of almonds. There is no jury of almonds to make food delicious. The sourness enhances the taste, and the tomato sauce changes the color of the gosto, and helps bring out the great flavor.
