Delightful Maida Semai Recipe to make Haher.

Today I will share with you a tempting recipe to cook delicious maida semai with dates jaggery. 😘
The semai of my recipe is made by hand, I made the semai with the help of a dough machine into soft balls with water. This delicious semai can also be made by hand without a machine. This semai can be preserved by drying it in the sun, cooking this semai with milk is very fun. This semai is very safe for health as it is made by hand. 30 minutes after cooking, if kept in the refrigerator and eaten cold, it is very enjoyable. I always cook this handmade Semai on Eid. This semai is quite fun as an afternoon snack.
1- Semai 1 fruit bowl
2- Cow's milk 1/2 kg
3- Cardamom 4 pieces
4- Date jaggery
5- Salt to taste
6- Wood nuts
Step-1
I first strained and poured the cow's milk into a clean container. And after heating for two minutes, I added cardamom.
Step-2
After the milk is well heated, I wash the semai with hot water.
Step-3
Now mix semai with milk. And after some time I added date jaggery, you can give the amount of sweetness as per your own wish. And with that I mixed salt.
Step-4
Now mix raisins with semai, and see if semai is not cooked well.
Step-5
Finally I lower the temperature of the oven and gently stir, then remove from the oven to taste.
