A perfectly prepared and served burger

I like artisan hamburgers, this one I have found in Eger (Northern Hungary) in a small buffet where they are keen on great ingredients and perfect serving. The meat is from Angus beef and it is served with cheddar cheese and the burger sauce of the house. They offered some sliced potatoes and the obligatory Coleslaw salad with it. It was a great choice!

I drank a glass of dry white wine and a cup of tea with it. 😊🥂👍
