Which paprika to choose?

Red cares for vision and skin. Provides a sufficient amount of beta-carotene or provitamin A. Already 100 g of paprika should satisfy about 70% of a person's vitamin requirement. A. i don't like green, for example

I admit that there are some veggies that don't taste good, but there are some awesome recipes using paprika that I can't just have enough of them😜
