Basically, if your reputation score is currently 42 (40 and up), you would earn a total of $20 worth of bytes on Byteball (which can be sent to your Bittrex byte wallet and converted to something else there or sent to your BTC wallet through the Byte-BTC bot).
There is a catch, though. The rewards one earns from Byteball, will be distributed to them on a 50/50 basis - meaning you get $10 now and $10 in a year (it will be saved to your wallet as a contract - don't forget to backup your wallet!!!)
