Greetings from Norway!

Hi! I just discovered Steemit and I find it very interesting. I love social media, so this should be fun! This is my introduce-yourself-post, so here we go!

My name is Kristin, I'm 25 years old, and I live in beautiful Norway.

I love photography, traveling, and hiking, especially with our family dog, Coffee. She has been with us for 7 years I think, and behaves more or less like a human being. It's so funny. It's like she understands everything we talk about and wants to have a conversation with us.

I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension in March of 2015. It's very complicated, but to give you a short explanation, it's a progressive lung and heart disease. I have high preassures in my lungs, which have a negative effect on my heart. I had an open heart surgery in September of 2016 where they closed a large hole in my heart. It's a very rare disease, so there are not many people who have it. I just finished four weeks of rehabilitation and have never felt better! Being diagnosed with this type of disease makes you more grateful for being alive. Yes, I have gotten a lot of bad news these two last years, but that only makes me think of all the good things in my life. I want to make the most of every day. So I started taking pictures, and a lot of them. I use photography as therapy, and it works wonders! My boyfriend got me a Sony a6000 for Christmas. I have always loved taking pictures, but getting proper equipment makes it a lot more fun and challenging! I edit most of them in Lightroom. Remember, I am still an amateur, and I appreciate all feedback I can get. Here are some of my photos that I'm very happy with:

As you can see I love photographing nature, so I am very lucky to be living in Norway with beautiful fjords and mountains.
