it is not pain that i fear
It is not the lack of laughter that makes me sad
I doubt if I would cry if I was punched in the face.

Failure could make me consider my future.
I could forget that I was ever born.
I might as well forget my own existence.

But this things I never want to forget
The laughter that fills your face whenever
I tell a joke.
The butterflies in my stomach when I see you
Smile.
The endless conversations that made the night
Longer.
The silly games that led to countless cuddles.

I never want to forget the nights were you
Whisper in my ears.
Don't tell me to erase the memories of our
Little quarrels.

What happened I asked???
Our conversation became shorter.
Your likes became my dislike
And what you hate became what I liked.
We only expressed laughter on our face
But not from our heart.
Our cuddles became fights.
And our calls were to settle dispute.
Our nights became silent and our
Bed noticed our quarrels.
I hugged my pillow while you lye
Beside me.

You needed space more than you
Needed me.
The more we tried to work it out
The farther apart we get from each other.

Again it is not pain that I fear.
It is the fear that I might not be with you
For a lifetime.
