Just because doing something is a kind thing to do doesn't mean you can criminalize those that choose not to do it. If someone doesn't want to give to a charity or give special consideration to you because you're in a minority class doesn't give you the right to physically assault them, or use the power of government to make them comply. Altruism is a virtue, forced altruism through government intervention is coercive and a moral perversion.
