Delicate tarts from Patisserie L 🍮 高質法式甜品 🍰

No matter how full I am, I always have room for dessert. Patisserie L is my favorite cafe in Hong Kong. But unfortunately, it close down a year ago :( This photo was taken by me a year ago. Although there were only 6 types of pies for costumers to choose, all the cakes were freshly baked by the owner everyday and they all taste very delicious.

From left to right:

甜品是不少人的comfort food,當然我也不例外，我很喜歡吃甜品，尤其是賣相很精緻，因為可以同時滿足味覺和視覺。Patisserie L是我很喜歡的一家甜品店，只可惜它已經結業了，这家甜品店是由一位法國藍帶出身的美女經營，店內的佈置很舒適，很有法國風情。

雖然店內甜品只有6款選擇不多，但每一個甜品都是店主早上新鮮製作，我們點了三款甜點，每一款都很好吃，也吃得出烹調者的用心。

椰子菠蘿撻Snow Mountain-椰子慕絲很清香幼滑，配上酸酸甜甜的菠蘿粒，是一款很適合夏天的甜品

法式檸檬撻Himawar-砌成花朵造型十分吸晴，花瓣是脆脆的蛋白餅，幼滑帶有果香的檸檬奶油配上脆甜的蛋白餅，酸中帶甜，很好吃

朱古力撻Chocolate Astroid Valrhona 70%-用了70%的朱古力製作，朱古力味濃郁，甜而不膩，慕絲忌廉十分幼滑
