Cheese and berry pastries.
Shortbread cookies (for example "Jubilee") — 80 g
Butter — 30 g
Cream cheese — 70 g
Cottage cheese — 250 g
Sugar — 70 g
Cream 10-20% — 50 g
Egg — 1 PC.
Berries (frozen or fresh) — 100 g
Starch — 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Cookies grind into crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with crumbs of biscuit. Weight distribution along the bottom and walls of one large form (20 cm) or more small. Well compacted.
- Curd RUB through a sieve. Add cream cheese, mix well. If the cheese is dry, pour low-fat cream. For spreadable cheese you can skip this step. Add the egg, beat
- Berries, not defrosting, mix with starch. Pour the berries into a cheese mass and mix gently. Fill in the form and bake at 160 °C for 40-50 minutes. Cooling, to get out of shape, decorate with berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
