Zucchini Carpaccio
Ingredients:
• Zucchini
• chili pepper
• Cilantro
• Onion
• tomato
• Salt
• Pepper
Salad Dressing:
• olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• lemon

• bowls
• Preferable silicone cutting board (wooden ones keep fungi and bacteria over time)
• Packaging for ingredients
• A spoon of silicone or aluminum.

Preparation:
The zucchini is washed and cut into very thin slices, it is reserved. Cut the onion / chili into very small cubes, the half-moon tomato.
Vinaigrette is made with olive oil / lemon / salt / pepper. The aji / onion previously cut is added.
The fine wheels of zucchini are placed on a circular plate until the plate is filled. Place the crescent of the tomatoes and add the vinaigrette on top.
We proceed to serve.
